Ordered flowers through FTD for a funeral. The cost was just under $100.00. The basket looked cheap and the flowers looked like weeds and nothing like what the flower arrangement looked like at all. Heartbroken and mad 👎👎 I would add photos if I could😡

They can do custom and standing orders! I do agree that some employees need some further training in phone etiquette and customer service "skills." The prices clearly change around certain "holidays" which is unfortunate, but also the reason I never buy flowers during those times and get them outside of those times of year. Selection is pretty good, from what I can tell. I don't know how great exactly, on account of I walk in knowing exactly what I want almost every time I go. Prices are generally decent, so I keep returning.
