No stars to rate & No words to say about the Hotel. Worst experience. There are no bell boys also, receptionist only come for picking up luggage. Atleast you have to stay 2 days for understanding where the rooms are ??? Where the restaurant is ??? Where the reception is ??? Not even AC is working. You have pay high and you only get facilities according to their convenience. Worst Hospitality, Still so much to write. Once you are done with bath your entire room will become bath tub (filled with water). There is leakage of water from bathroom to the main room.nnBut in just one line, better never prefer this.

Clean and spacious room. Hotel is on NH connecting to lucknow. Restuarant is on 1st floor. Room ambience is good and also provided car parking space in adjacent plot.

Though I am little late in writing this review but I always wanted to say thanks and specially to head of this hotel of Raebareli branch, so i was having my function here on 16th of February and I feel the service was best and no other hotel in Rbl are such professionals.nnEnd to end service including rooms availability/Early check in/Hall for the function(well decorated/managed) food quality: best in Raebareli, food variety, gesture/ambiance was above expectation and the intent to get it done in the best way was the best thing I liked about everyone be it staff of hotel/manager to top management over looking here.nnThis was the collective feedback from many of the guests.nnThanks a ton for making the day memorable.

Nice room..good space..it's a 4 star service... maintaining sanitizing evservice..food is not good so expensive

All in all it was a very comfortable stay. The room was quite dirty when we received it, our feets turned all black without the house slippers. The bed was comfortable and as it was cold, we didn't experience any problems in temperature. Bathrooms were spacious and staff was respectful and good. The food is satisfactory.
