I’m very disappointed with Flowers & Things. I ordered an paid for a flower arrangement to be delivered to Johnson & Scott Funeral home on September 11, 2020. I asked the family of the deceased to make sure the arrangement made it. I spoke to the family an they informed me the arrangement never made it. I immediately called Flowers & Things an asked to speak to a Manager. The Manager came to the phone an I explained the situation. The manager was very nasty, unprofessional and down right rude. On top of that there was no compassion. Now mind you, we are suffering the loss of our love one. The manager said she would call the Funeral Home to check an see if the flowers made it. Of course the Manager never called me back. I had to call her back . She stated once the flowers go out to be delivered it’s out of her hands an the flowers had been delivered. I then checked back with the family an they informed me they went through every arrangement an all of the cards. My arrangement never made. I will never, ever order from here again. It’s not because the flowers might have gotten mixed up an went to another funeral home, or perhaps never left the flower shop. It’s because of the Managers attitude, nasty tone an lack of professionalism!

Today is my niece Kelsi 6th birthday, so I called Flowers & Things to send her something because I was in Memphis and I couldn't get to the store, so when I called one of the clerks name Ellen started sending me some pics of their snack bags because I didn't know what all they sale, and she also sent me a picture of their stuffed animals, and she sent me a picture of their final touches and she also sent me a picture of my niece holding her gift and that was really nice of Ellen. She went above and beyond her job duties.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND, MS. STEPHANIE IS AWESOME, FRIENDLY AND SUPER HELPFUL!!! I CALLED TWO OTHER COMPANIES IN CLEVELAND, MS AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIFIC. I BELIEVE 3RD TIME IS A CHARM!! AWESOME, KIND, CARING VOICE OF STEPHANIE I PLACED 3 ORDERS. I AM FOREVER GRATEFUL TO STEPHANIE!!

The flowers was pretty and i love them.
