Worst service by them.... Don't trust their service as I have personally struggled with them for the installation. They are not a professional service team. They don't stick on to their words.

No timely updates. False promises. Don't expect any update from them regarding the repair. Even if you call them they will give false promises only. Took more than 10 days for a simple repair. Might bee due to the pandemic but that doesn't mean they should keep me in the dark w.r.t updates.

Very very very worst worst worst service.. I have warranty but they are taken service charge and materials not replaced that is also asking money.. it's very worst people working inside...no response but not good behaviour.. worst manager and worst employees all are same response..

worst services i have raised a complaint regarding tv in feb it been two months but no response from them.. again i called back they saying should pay money evn i have warranty..i don't know why companies giving contract to these waste type of enterprises...
