Laurie and her team were absolutely awesome, very attentive to detail and takes their time to listen and recreate what we were looking for. She even gave us a website that had a lot of items we needed and shared a linen so I could see it before purchasing. She met with us on Zoom and just goes above & beyond to cater to our needs. Very professional and brought a lot of great insight to what kind of flowers would look best. Their set up was elite and very quick!! Cannot thank them enough for their help on making our event look stunning.

Cheryl Fountain at B/A Florist has gone above and beyond to help me order a very special arrangement for my daughter who is a student at MSU. Love, Love, Love this place, can not recommend it enough! Laurie, which is the wedding designer goes above and beyond. She is doing my daughters wedding in 2021. She saw my vision, worked within our budget but most of all she made me feel comfortable in her abilities to delivery what I wanted.( thanks Laurie) First of all she has meant with me and my husband about 3 times and she feels like family, she found out I was having hip surgery and she sent me the most beautiful flower arrangement. For her to think about me like that meant a lot. I will definitely be posting our flowers from the wedding, so you guys our their looking for that special florist for your special day, can see what I'm talking about

I actually live in Texas. Called local funeral home in Lansing, they suggested this place, can't stop thanking them. From beginning to end, wonderful experience. Went way beyond the call of duty, very professional, fulfilled every promise made to me. If I need floral service in this area, know who to call. Also the floral recipient was so expressed, BA florists is now their florists of choice. PS: A big Thank you to Olivia, you are so good for the business. Customer for life in Texas.
