I placed an order over the phone with Cindy, she was so helpful and understood exactly what I wanted. The arrangement was beautiful and was delivered quickly. The flowers were fresh, it was a perfect mix of open stems and lily's that still were opening. Thank you for the great service as always!

this place is the best flower shop there is!!! Every time I stopped in to get an order, they were nothing but professional. The nicest people work here and the flower arrangements are beautiful! The customer service is beyond outstanding! I would definitely recommend Flowers of Canterbury!!!

I would give zero if I could. I was in need of flowers for Mother’s Day. I am an RN serving during this pandemic and I can can not believe the disrespect from this company. Buyer beware! I am living in Oregon and relied on Flowers of Canterbury to deliver my needs. I placed my order on Tuesday. Wednesday I receive a missed call and email saying my “card didn’t go through right, Sounds like the wrong number was transacted?” I’ve never been able to process a transaction when the number is off. The email received also states to call and update info. I live in Oregon so my time zone is three hours behind, once I was off work the shop was closed. I will never give card information over an unsecured email. I called today when I was on break (just before 2pm) with my new card information. Cindy was very rude stated she “pretty much owns the place” and she just cancelled my order. I was appalled. I never got any warning that it was cancelled nor that it would be cancelled if no response by.. So this meant she had not saved ANY information including my heart felt message, address, names, etc. remember I am on lunch break. She proceeded to be extremely rude and said it’s not my fault you didn’t call me yesterday, I emailed you and you could have sent your card info through email. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. When I told her I didn’t appreciate how rude she was being and that I live in Oregon she hung up on me. I called back and requested that an email be sent stating she canceled my order. Unbelievable. This place should be closed down. You were not in my position so it is hard to completely understand, but I’ve never dealt with an “owner” so rude and unappreciative of business especially the way things are now.

Very dissapointed... My mother-in-law and myself have ordered all our flowers for the past 36+ years (spending a lot of money and know the owner). For her funeral service I wanted them to do the flowers. For the price I paid they were terrible! The flowers towards the end of the service were turning brown and wilted. Time for a new florist

They have excellent service and always aim to please. So glad I have a place to call and know my order will be taken care of...
