Mt. Washington Florist's flower delivery to a care facility in Cold Spring, Kentucky was "over the top". It was handled expertly and efficiently in the face of refusal of delivery by the receptionist. Due to the confusion caused by pandemic disruption, the person addressed was not listed as a resident. Persistence by the florist resulted in the delivery of floral package to the intended patient who was in isolation elsewhere in the facility. The arrangement was received and greatly appreciated by the patient on her birthday! Jim Haas
