I had purchased few items from them. It was confirmed that the were made up of baked clay. Unfortunately one piece got broken in transit. When I checked, it was found to be just clay and not baked. Broken easily.nnI understand that they are only trading. But, it is expected that they know what the sell and inform the customer accordingly. So, either they are getting cheated by their supplier or they themselves are cheating their customer.nnI ended up loosing one piece out of 5, taken overseas for gifting friends. This was definitely not a good experience this shop.nnI still give 2 star for their range of collection and making things available at Purulia. But I would definitely like people to be cautious before they make their purchase.
