This place is also known as Kashipur Rajbari. We visited it recently, only to find that this palace / fort is always closed and tourists are not allowed to enter it. Local people told me that it usually opens for 2-3 days every year during Durga Puja.nnFrom outside all one can see are dilapidated ruins and it is not worth visiting.
