Cheater... Bought a Kutchina Arc Chimney in 2015 after paying Rs. 27,000/-... After completion of 1 year, I have been paying for AMC so that there will be a convenient spare parts replacement when needed. But since few days my Chimney is not working properly so I called Kutchina and got to know from them that my chimney condensor had to be replaced. When I told them to replace the same then they started asking me money. Though I had AMC contract for 2 years which will end on 2020 still I need to pay for the condensor. Its total cheating. Cheater Dealer.
