This man-made lake is a beautiful and quiet place. It is a must see place in Purulia. Lake water is very clean. Marble hills are all around it. Water body looks stunning.

Not something worth remembering. Just like another lake but encompassed by rocky(marble) structures all around. Scorching heat might drain your vigor within seconds. 'Attention swimmers'...if you are too passionate about swimming, a few dips might immediately turn you on, locals do take bathe and you might join them, no issues at all. So when you get out of your hotel room, get self prepared with swimming raiments( towel, extra pants etc.)

Beautiful man made(most probably) lake. The lake is deep. So please be very careful while taking selfies on the edges

The place is surrounded by marbel rocks and lake is mesmerizing... The water is cold and you can spend amazing time here.... Love it...
