Reception is poor, gossip on phone, not attending office or customers.nnSalesmen are good & experienced, they understand what you need rather than what you ask. but bike Prices are not clearly written in showroom.nnDemo bikes aren't always ready, Demo bikes aren't properly clean, they have gear/clutch/tyrePump issue, and expect you to like those faulty bikes. but they allow Demo for 5kms (bajaj puruliya allow demo for 100 feet) and multiple times too, they will pour petrol as much you need for demo ride.nnhonda have separate men for new bike demo ride n fitting, they are very cooperating too. you can talk to them for buying decision.nnthey have separate service center and it's good, they hear all your problems and writes down everything, if you ask they tell you the expected expenses correctly, but when you recieve please check once if all job is done or not.nnin other showrooms, neither Owner is present nor employees are working, here all are working which is great.nnbut there is a lot to improve on Demo Rides & Transparency on Price & After Sales Followup for Bike Registration

The only one showroom of Honda bikes and scooties in purulia town.great servicing facilities.. customer service is impressive...

Very very bad servicing. For a single problem need to visit more than two times. They are careless and waste your valuable time.
