I had traveled from Bhopal to Mumbai on April 8, the driver and his partner did not give us any information, stopped the bus before Sendhwa and went to sleep.nAfter 2 hours, when we asked, the driver said, the bus will not go forward.nWe were not given any information and they took us off the bus.nAnd Bus Travel did not arrange for us to go any further.nThis was the worst experience of our life.nI request you to go by train but never go by Verma Travel.

3 stars just bcz of -nNo seating facility for passengers.nNo washroom facility.nParticularly, about Verma Bus - Irresponsible and rude customer support / service.nYou can't get actual timing of Bus.nThey aren't punctual, I reached to Bhopal with a dealy of 3 hours.nAnyone can track Verma travels Thane on Google easily.nnI booked my ticket from Reb bus, as per red bus, bus was scheduled at 09.45 PM from THANE. however, I received msg from Verma that Bus timings have been rescheduled to 08.30PM. I reached to the stop on 08.15PM but that Bus came on 10.05 PM. Really unfortunate.nI tried to contact Verma Bus customer service as well as Red bus also, but didn't get any response from both.nWill never book my trip with Verma Travels anymore.

Not at all worth your money. Service is so poor and bus quality is worst. During this time if you want to travel with full cleanliness and safety.... Don't choose verma travels.

This is the one of the boarding point of verma buses going towards MP. The only drawback is that there is no public toilet around so those who have to wait for long incase of bus delay face inconvenience.
