Use this bus service for traveling from thane to Bhusawal with my familynnWorst experience it was, he left early by hour from thane which had make panic situation for which we were not prepared.nnHe left next morning Bhusawal by 1 hour, driver behaviour was rude riding was harsh.nnBus was occupied by more than 30 people in this covid situation.

Dont even deserve 1 star Hopeless travels- booked on 12-2-2021 from Thane to Kudal came 1 hour late and reached 3 hours late at the destination as per suggested time on redBus. Moreover they charge extra for parcels with you which is not intimated while booking. Please don't book Shubhra Sharma

Hi guys, don't book your bus from this person, they are totally cheater person, they will book your bus ticket and they will inform you whenever urs actual travelling date is there that time we will share the bus data,nI had same incident with me, my bus is travellors start at 7:30 am, they had told me you can call us on any time, so I had called on 7:00 for bus details but they haven't received my call,nThey received at 8 am and told then urs bus is running 2 hr late , and where I am trying to cancel my bus , so they are not picking my call so if you wanted to start ur travelling with this worst experience then only u can book your tickets from this office.nThanks you I hope this information is enough for ur best travelling

This Travel Agency is run by cheaters.nI have booked through Yatra. Com but at the time of journey they hed given me a third class bus.nThis bus is like read chhap passenger bus.nThey stop any where for new passengers.nThey carry passengers more than seats.nThey don't care about female's requirements and privacy.nIt was horrible experience.nRequest to Yatra. Com please delist this travel agency for your image for the customer.nNo cleanness in COVID-19 period.nThey stop only in third class place with triple rates just for their commission on food purchased by passengers.nThey don't care about the timing.nThey will leave early from the start point but still take 3-4 hours more to drop as per given time schedule.nEnd of the point it was horrible experience and last journey with this travel Agency.

Pathetic service, the bus broke down in the middle of the ride, and it is 12 o'clock and we are waiting for another bus and It will approximately take a two hours. At around 8 the A.C broke and it took half an hour to fix....they took half an hour to fix it. It is a huge hassel, especially if you have children with you. Don't recommend to anyone.
