No genuine products, and giving bad response on defective products. Worst service. Although we provide mobile number but they want paper bill..

Really bad experience with the woodland shop at Naupada, Thane. I brought sandle and within 2 months it's belt is unsealed.nnCan't believe that it's woodland. And very important thing when I visited the shop they even not ready to provide online bill. So why they are taking our contact numbers? Don't they have record of the customer or the product they sell? Of course it's my mistake that I didn't kept my bill... But definitely it's woodland so they should have keep record as well it's digital world after all and who keeps paper bill? Or they should have sent the mail.nnAt last i didn't get any positive response from their representative and I felt it's all duplicate. And they are making people fool.nnThe way they are talking it's like they are selling the local product. Really bad experience and I would suggest online shopping is going to boom only because such things. No genuine products are available in the shops.

Really bad experience with them. Not at all professional behaviour from the representatives.nnIn this digital world you people are asking for paper bill. So why you are taking customers contact numbers? I am paying for the quality product and service. So you should keep the digital bill as well.nnAfterall no help from them. Please don't purchase sport shoes as well very bad experience. No genuine products. We are regular customer but now in line three product got defective.nnIts overall disappointment and would prefer online products hensforth. Rally disappppppppppppoooointing.nnRegards,nnPradip Mali.
