FREE!! GYM. For serious gym goers, this place has very good options for chest exercises. Leg press and other fitness equipment are also good. There's also a pull-down but requires way too many repetitions. However, on the other side of Ghodbunder Road if you walk towards the foot bridge, there are good options for back muscles and shoulder. What I do is complete the back exercises there and jog off to the Panchoakhadi side of Ghodbunder Road to do chest exercises.nnAlthough completely free, these equipment can give expensive gyms a run for their money.
