My father was admitted to the hospital because of Covid-19. Treatment was not proper. The doctor was not giving proper response and the doctor's visit time is not fixed, will visit very late sometimes 2.00 or 2.30 at night. The doctor doesn’t have any professionalism he will discuss the patient’s condition in front of the patient, which will eventually scare the patient. Nurses/Brothers are more aware of the treatment of patients than a doctor in charge. Hospital has an MJPJAY scheme that will give you a benefit of up to 1 lac, but if you are eligible and try to enroll through the scheme Admin department threaten you by saying they will not provide proper treatment under the scheme and it will be your responsibility if anything happens to a patient. I will not recommend anyone this hospital, very expensive and the service is not as per the money they are looting. They just create panic and take advantage of situation. You can find a better hospital instead of risking your loved ones' life. Please take care and stay away from this hospital money-making trap.

Vaccination program in the hospital is closed on Sundays. Even if you have a appointment for vaccination they will refuse to vaccinate you on Sundays. Pls call & confirm (if you are able to get thru)before you go there.

My mother was treated for covid 19 at this hospital.nHer condition was so critical . Kudos to Platinum hospital , Dr. Hardik thakker ,Dr. Ishtiyak n team of nurses. We all thankful for all of them, they give great treatment n service . I was constantly updated regarding the treatment. Doctors were always there to answer your doubts .Hospital staff is polite irrespective of the busy work schedules .nnPharmacy billing department is something I feel nag you so much.but rest of the service was really great.nThank you.

All hospital doctors staff and nurses and other staff are very cooperative.nThey ensure that patient and relatives are at ease during the patient stay at hospital.nEach and every doctor explains to relatives very well.nOverall experience very goodand excellent

Was admited into this hospital when my condition was very critical as was suffering from Covid. But all the Doctor's Nurse, Maama, Mousi they really took great care of us. Very professional and hard working staff who always take care of us round the clock. Because of them now I am at home recovered quickly. Thank you Platinum for being with us taking care of us. Special Thanks to Doctor Hardik Thakker, and Doctor Kholi.
