Took my mom and aunt for their second dose. Strict protocols were followed. They gave priority to people who had taken appointments and issued tokens to them first. Two exclusive rooms were allotted with 2 nurses in each room that ensured a shorter waiting period. They had arranged for water, tea n biscuits as well. Managed crowd and Q system right. Ensured the space did not get over crowded. Unlike the horrifying experience we had at Ambedkar Bhavan where we had to wait for more than 4 hours this was a blessing in disguise. Good work Highway Hospital.

I am very satisfied with the service I have received from this hospital. I had problems in my right leg and was suffering from numbness. I consulted Dr Tiwari and he explained me the actual problem and the treatment which is required. I underwent the surgery laminectomy and the next day itself I was able to walk properly. I got discharged today within 3 days. Full satisfied with the service and treatment. Mediclaim process was smooth, all the staff are well efficient. Management is really very good.nWould recommend this hospital to everyone. Thank you.

I have visited on 29th April for vaccination. Vaccination was started after 12 pm. Found that people have gathered but no tokens were issued to them. When vaccines arrived, there was huge crowd to collect the tokens. No social distancing was observed. This was because of non-issuance of tokens when people were arriving. If they have issued the tokens earlier & calling by token numbers, picture could have been much better. Poor administration by hospital. No receipts were provided for the payment. Hospital itself was promoting virus spread. If vaccines were delayed then hospitals could have sent sms to next batch to avoid crowd.

Excellent Place for Covid-19 VaccinationnnToday ( 30th April 2021), myself & my wife visited Highway Hospital & are really impressed with nice arrangements.nnHere is the process..nnStep 1 : On arrival you are directed to stand in socially distanced queue to collect your coupon. This queue is on ground only in society premises having many trees. You needn't go to any counter, just stand in queue & a person would come to you, check appointment received by you from Cowin site & give you the coupon.nnStep 2 : After you have collected your coupon, you may seat yourself in an area provided with chairs or any other available place in the premises good enough for maintaining social distancing. You need not worry about your turn since your coupon no. would be called by another attendant on your turn.nnStep 3 : When attendant calls your coupon no. , you go to verification tables. Keep your coupon & ID ready. There are three tables with three attendants. Your ID would be checked & recorded. Once your verification is done , you get in another queue maintaining social distancing to be sent to main vaccination center on third floor.nnStep 4 : On your turn , you would be directed by another attendant to 3rd Floor, which is the hospital. Few elders are provided with chairs here while waiting & directed through lift to third floor. Others can go to 3rd floor through stair-case. We went through staircase.nnStep 5 : On reaching to third floor, another attendant would ensure that queue is maintained with proper social distancing. This is much smaller queue with max 5 persons at the entrance of hospital. On your turn, you would be guided to make payment at the reception counter & also show your ID.nnStep 6 : After you have made the payment, you would be guided to one of vaccination rooms , where vaccination takes place.nnStep 7 : After vaccination, you need to go to monitoring rooms, where an attendant would note down your name & time of vaccination. You would also be offered some tea, biscuit & water in these rooms . Wait for about half an hour here & if everything is OK, attendant would call your name & you can leave now thanking everyone who helped you in the process.nnWhole process took approximately 70 Minutes .nnThanks Highway Hospital for elaborate & nice arrangements !!!

Visited the hospital for COVID vaccination for my mother. Their preparation were good. Sitting facility for elderly patients were also there. Staff was giving personal attention to all people who have came for vaccination.
