Very bad after service for faulty mattress..chasing everytime is very frustrating..they wont bother to inform u about anything,u need to contact them everytime

Don't buy from here..once sold, they do not care whatever happens..sold us a defective piece and whenever we try to contact them, they are looking into it with no resolution even after more than a month..I visited shop and the shop guy assured me that he would come to inspect the mattress the next day..it's almst a week and he still hasn't visited..I have bad customer service experience but this is the worst of all
