I have been to many service centers of Tata Motors for my Tata Nexon car service & repair e.g. Heritage Motors, Fortune etc, but kind of service I get in George Auto is exceptional. Thanks to Mr. Vasudev, who is very supportive and always ensure that your issues are addressed and resolved. I have never faced any challenges with George Auto, because of Mr. Vasudev. He always get your work done with quality and in minimal time. I would highly recommend Mr. Vasudev and George Automobiles.

When I talked on call for servicing they said car will be delivered in same day. But in actual they took four days to deliver car. Never got updates on delivery of car, I have called multiple times to get update on my car.nnTaillight was broken of my car which I already communicated and they said it will get fixed and even after waiting for 4 days car returned without fixing taillight.nnWhile delivering car person(Kalpesh) attended my car said he will call me once taillight is available. No call received from team and when I'm trying to call no one picking call. I tried to call Kalpesh as well Namrata. It seems they are now not interested in service.nnIts really a worst experience with service center.

I consulted Mr Vasudev regards a general service and also regards the AC which was not cooling properly. Also my car - Tata Tigor had been damaged due to a small accident because of which there was a dent on the rear side of the car. He got the insurance sorted out , did a great job with the air-conditioning n removed the dent and repainted the rear of the car. Overall he and his team did a wonderful job and I was fully satisfied with the work.nRegards Vinod Narkar

The service quality is very good. Only thing is waiting period in the service center is too much..That should reduce

They have the best team who work efficiently with the car. They provide the best service plus the staff is very much friendly and helpful also. Professionalism is at its peak, I would recommend to get your car serviced from them, as they listen to you and they give their 100 % so you can get the experience from the car which you always wanted.Hats off to them.
