My Audi Q7 has been in the Audi Thane service workshop since the last four weeks for the replacement of a leaking coolant valve. We have a wedding in our family in February and amid all the preparations, I have been forced to constantly follow up with the technician for updates. While this has been a recurring experience since the last 4 years even at the Santacruz workshop and not an exception during the pandemic, it is shameful that I cannot have my car during such an important time for my family. Now I just want to be relieved of this car and stay away from Audi.
