Absolutely unhelpful owner. Terrible experience.nJust to explain : I contacted them over the phone and asked if someone could come around and help assemble a bicycle I got online. In the middle of the conversation the owner hung up with no explanation. From the other reviews and my own experience I think it just shows that he's in general a very rude person who has not had a proper upbringing. You can see that from his responses to people's Google reviews.

I've seen uncle since I was 4 years old. This cycle shop is nostalgia. All I can say is you will get service if you build a rapport with the karigar and the owners. Only cycle shop in Mulund area that I trust.

Worst cycle Store.Tgey don't co-operate,even don't have manners to talk with customers.If you ask them more details abt cycle they will ignore you.And after service is the worst.
