Visted today just to deposit cash in someone's account. Guard present at ATM(@ 2:30- 3:00) was very helpful helped me to understand how cash deposit machine works. Had less interaction with staff in bank but looked polite at first glance.

Helpful staff and fast services and provides various banking facilities.nnNote: There is no ATM attached to the bank, nearest one is at B cabin. There isn't official parking either.
Staff is really bad. Especially the cashier.
I have an account here since 2007 and service is pathetic.nThe internet banking never works whatsoever. I have taken new kit from them at least 5 times but always after first login it asks to change the password and then it stops working!!!nThey have one printer to print passbook. When I had gone there, it wasn't working and they were arrogantly telling everyone to come again the next day.nEven for simple things like FD etc, you have to visit at least 2 to 3 times. It never happens that you are done in 1st visit.
