This office is only meant for TDS related activities in order to add or delete, the Assessing Officers are located at New place i. E in Ashar IT park Wagle Estate so whoever is planning to visit kindly re route accordingly

I wouldn't say they are not helping people, but they have few things in hand. Cor most of your problems, you need to visit online portals and take help from CA. This office can give you basic guidelines only. That's my experience

It is not office for regular business. It is Valuation , exemption section and TDS part.
