The view is breathtaking from here. The place itself is beautiful with numerous species of flowers and greenery all around. At night you could hear the crickets singing. I think the service was good but could be better.

Great view of the snow-clad Himalayan peaks.nNeat & clean cottage, well-furnished and large windows make it well-lit and give you a great view from the room itself.nThe food is very good. The staff is very polite and helpful. Special mention for Paras and Pramod for their excellent hospitality.nThe property is large and there is space to take a good walk around it.nYou can also drive right up to the cottage and park right next to it, very convenient.nHighly recommended.

Stayed for 2 days with family in deluxe cottage. Loved this place. Located in isolated place almost 3 kms from main Kausani market this place is spread over 6 acres with 36 cottages and few rooms.nThe lower priced deluxe cottages are old while newly built executive and royal cottages are priced around 2500 to 3000 per night.nPeaks are visible only when weather is clear. Service is great and staff is always available on a call. The food is priced decently and tastes great.

Great location. Excellent view.nFood is also amazing. But the service and management is extremely poor.

Booked a deluxe cottage. It was spacious with all basic facilities available.nStaff was courteous and available at a call.nnCottage however wasn't clean enough
