Owner is nice but staff is not good speaks much more then required and not supporting

It's an outstanding place for travellers to stay for a night or more. It's has a lovely space and services are very fast. We booked it through OYO and they provided us with excellent rooms and breakfast was a complimentary buffet. You can go with family or as a couple and you won't be disappointed.

Visited My nest resort, Kausani in June 2019 with my family.nnLocation: Location is away from main road. There is a steep small road which will take you to the property and it is not advisable to visit during night or in a car/with driver which is not made for/used to mountains.nnRooms: Rooms and bathrooms were dirty. It looked like that the carpet was not cleaned from years. It was our first OYO with cleanliness issues - which is not at all expected. Rooms are big and spacious though.nnProperty: Such a small property should not be titled as resort. The rooms give a good view of sunrise though.nThere were big bugs which attacked the rooms at night. So, if you do decide to take up a room here, keep your doors closed.nnService: Service was poor. We ordered around 7:30 PM for food and mentioned that we will need it by 8:15 PM. After several reminders and asking to cancel our order, the food came around 9 PM.nnFood: Food quantity was very less and we were seriously doubting the hygiene of the kitchen. We were denied any milk/tea around 11 PM at night since the kitchen was closed.nnManagement: Management was helpful though. Advise them to make drastic improvements.

Good place for staying with kids n family. Nice small property, staff is very good. Food is very good, though food portion is very small.
