A warm hospitality doesn't need to cost much. This is how I will summarise my experience with Kausani Best Inn's Pawan and his small team. Leave aside the view it provides which is breathtaking grand Himalayas just before your eyes. Leave aside the awesomely designed big and cosy rooms and a big terrace where you can sit and enjoy your awesome moments and the view with your partner/friends/family. Besides these, I appreciated most was the human touch I could experience through out our stay beginning from the time we checked in. Local people are generally very soft spoken, very hospitable and tremendously heard working and Prakash was no different. He served us jug of hot water as soon as we checked in our rooms and made sure that it was refilled well in time. Pawan arranged for the bonfire as soon as we enquired about it. Food was prepared well in time and was very much home like. We enjoyed all the Kumaoni food.nAnother thing I liked about the owner Pawan was his tireless interaction with us and his knowledge about the area. He gave us quite good tips which were really helpful.nI would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Kumaon. And I would highly recommend visiting Kausani too. This really can't be missed.nThanks and all the best Pawan and team.

We stayed at the property for a week starting November 6th and had the most awesome and memorable time. The property is situated away from the din of the marketplace and sits right across the majestic view of snowcapped Himalayan peaks. The room we stayed in was on the top floor with window and balcony both overlooking the mighty Himalayan ranges. The room and the bathroom was clean and we had access to broadband internet too that helped our daugher to get on with her classes without interruption. Adding to the awesome views and weather was the amazingly hospitable staff and simple yet homely delicious food prepared in their kitchen which we enjoyed to the hilt. We so wanted to extend our stay but could not due to festivities back home and were at a loss of words to thank the staff while leaving. The property is highly recommended for views, delicious food, reasonable rates, and their ever so hospitable and humble staff who are focused on making your stay as comfortable and as memorable as possible. Can't wait to come back here.

We had our perfect stay at Kaushani best Inn and the view is simply mind blowing. We visited in the month of December and we were lucky to see all the great ranges of Kumayun Himalaya like kedarnath-badrinath-trisul-nandadevi-nandaghat-panchacholi along with the view of the the whole Garur-Baijnath village. The view was simply heart winning and I feel for this view only you can stay in this hotel. The receptionist is the most friendly person I have ever seen and he is very professional. We are also very impressed and satisfied with the staff's behaviour. They are super understanding and co operative. The food was awesome and they also arranged a bon fire. Overall we had our best stay in this hotel. Frankly we did not expect it to be this much great, but it's really really worth visiting. We strongly recommend this.
