Directly manager by the owner. Excellent property, great views, courteous staff.nnThe approach road is a little bad and 6 kms from Kausani center, but that adds to the feel of the quaint place, close to nature.nnI will go back.

Best views of the entire kumaoni Himalayan range, rooms are neat, food is okay too. Overall, good value for money. We had a happy stay.

It is an awesome Resort that is well laid out and quite inexpensive with respect to the room tariff. however the food quantity and taste can be improved majorly to justify its price

Pure and unobstructed view of pine forest and Snow peaks from the rooms. Neat and clean resort with good rooms, clean bedsheets, towels and really good food.nBut 6 km.away from Kaushani.

Amazing view of Nandadevi and Trishul peaks seen from this resort. Very friendly staff and authentic tasty local cuisine. Must visit on your tour of Uttarakhand.
