The Visakhapatnam railway station is the cleanest, followed by Secunderabad, among the 75 busiest stations in the country.From now on, travelling on Indian Railways with kids will become more fun-filled as the national transporter has come up with Fun Zone for children.While you wait for trains, your children can engage themselves in these fun zones. The country's first such Fun Zone has been made by the South Coast Railway Zone in Visakhapatnam Railway station in Andhra Pradesh.

Reasonably clean and well maintained. The announcements are good. The quality of the food and water is good. Good space for parking (paid) and there is space for drop off and pickup as well. The bus stop is nearby with many busses available. Free WiFi available inside the station.

I visited this place to give my SSB interview of Indian navy. This station is one of the cleanest busy and beautiful railway station. This station available all amenities like, Mobile Charging Facilities. Drinking water, food, snacks, ATM, wash room and waiting halls. Auto and car facilities is 24 hour's available. Only Pay and use wash rooms are available. Of course, some passengers dirty it off and on, but railway stuff promptly tidy it. It has 8 Platforms! And 3 Gates To Enter Into The Platforms. Visakhapatnam is a port city and industrial center in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh, on the Bay of Bengal. It's known for its many beaches, including Ramakrishna Beach, home to a preserved submarine at the Kursura Submarine Museum. Nearby are the elaborate Kali Temple and the Visakha Museum, an old Dutch bungalow housing local maritime and historical exhibits.
