Good only few trains

Newly constructed railway station. Useful to all proddatur people. Station access road is not in good condition. Parking area is not in good maintenance.

proddatur railway station is one of the important railway station in India . these railway station is located in the kadapa dist , Andhra pradesh. proddatur railway station is far away from the proddatur city . from these railway station less trains are passes and also the in these station train stopping are also very less like 2 minutes . railway connectivity from the proddatur railway station to the other main cities in indie like benguluru , Chennai , Hyderabad etc .. are available. There is no regular trains to Proddatur from other major cities of the country. Proddatur is well known for its gold and cotton industries, and hence is called the Second Bombay. It is also referred to as the 'City of Gold' because of the large-scale gold business that takes place here.

This new built station entry looks like an airport entry. A clean Sulabh complex is available at immediately outside the Railway station. A small shop(Baddi) near entry gate where you can get breakfast such as puri and Dosa. Water packets, tea, shampoo, biscuits, hairoil packets etc.
