I am giving review in general. My credit card was blocked and I was unable to make online transactions.
I have called their customer care about 10times sitting whole day and waiting for them to resolve my issue.
I CAN SAY WITH MY EXPERIENCET ICICI IS THE WORST WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Literally about 5 agents picked my call and just giving my false promises that I will be able to make transactions within 30min
But still the issue has not been resolved. Stay away from ICICI bank. The worst, period.
Worst Service,today visited to Branch for cash withdrawn security Guard without respect and very rashly speaking next time dont visit this Branch.
Worst branch I have ever visited . They are only polite if they want us to apply something , after that they are so rude and their true colors can be seen . Never open an account here , I repeat NEVER .
Service is pathetic.... No proper responce by staff...
1st experience: long wait for aadhar update as the person is out.
2nd experience: person in customer service don't know Telugu and his English is in past tense, when I asked him I want NOC for car loan. He said, " The person who gave you this is not present today" what he mean is "person who will give you this is not present today.
3 rd experience: my father came to collect NOC for car loan, they told we are busy come later.
4 th exp: my father came again, they called some one and told my father to come next Monday or Tuesday.
5 th exp: I and my father came to collect NOC, they called some one and told us to wait 15min.
After 20 min: person didn't came yet.
After 45 min: application is slow please wait for 5 min more. Finally received it after a hour.
The thing which I didn't like is they don't respect customer time. If you are busy, schedule and give us a appointment, please don't let customer wait for you or come again and again for you.
