This is below average class residential place but location is quite good. It is just opposite from Gaya International Airport, 10 km from Gaya Railway station and 5 km from Bodhgaya.

Badly Maintained Complex .No Electrician ,No Plumber remains on Duty .Trees should be planted along the boundry wall .Approch Road from the Main road is not maintained .

A good site for living with good facilities

Location is good to stay, people those who wants to stay outside the city for them Rajvilla is good. People throw away the garbage outside the house.
