4 star for the condition of the bus. It was a new bus so seat and everything was perfectly ok. AC was working well. Staffs are also very supportive , well behaved. Bus usually runs on time. The mobile charging points were not working so it needs repair. Overall it was a pleasant experience with Pammi Travels.

Mega unprofessional. The provided numbers do not work. Had a single number I pulled from the website that worked. Call it 28 times before someone picked up not to help. Was later informed that the 2:30 bus already left at 2:00 from Jamshedpur. Had done online booking. Don't book online at any cost. Scam service. Mega scam.

Very poor service regarding following norms. They don't follow timing given in red bus site. Bus service make excuses for being late. Their actual time never matches with given time. Even bus service doesn't follow your booking seat. They give what is vacant. If seats are full then they will shift you to another bus and will say that second bus was booked by you.nnVery much unprofessional.

Avoid travelling this cheat bus. They charge huge amount and services are pathetic.nIam travelling from Kolkata to hazaribagh on 10.03.2021 by an AC 2+1 sleeper. The bus is fully packed and imagine AC is not working. Bus is full of passengers and all are suffocating. Driver and helper are just saying that gas has leaked. Pathetic, utterly pathetic.nI request all people please abstain yourself from travelling this company. This is my last journey from PAMMI. I had very good past experience but today all went in vain. I wish I could give negetive rating.

Pammi travels driver and staff don't follow any rules and regulations .I m travelling from bus no JH02N9697 the driver don't know the right route while bus is already very delayed by 9 hrs... what's happening pammi travel with the passengers..verynvery worst service
