This is the worst kind of service one can expect. Had booked a 33-seater from them for travel to maldah from asansol and return. The owner by the name toton singh is totally a fraud as when the bus broke down he said what can i do and disconnected the call. The driver they had assigned was absolutely maniac and ill rude. He was ignorant to turn on the AC insuch sweltering heat. Would advise to look for any other travels other than him.

Worst travel agency i have ever seen in my life. They are providing semi luxury buses in 2 times more costlier than the others in market. The staffs are very rude and uncultured. I recommend you not to book buses of this travel agencies.
