Worst bus service all over Jharkhand specially in Giridih and Ranchi route.nIn AC buses, It's a fake promise about AC(air conditioned).Not even fan is working.nDriving type is very rush. And the condition of the bus is third class.nPls i suggest u all Dear passengers, Don't take risk to travel in this bus.

This dealer in siliguri for shivam trader is biggest cheater. He has an janhit of cheating an people and all the local agent of shivam travels are attached with him.nHence would request all my friend's, brother and sister never book an ticket for shivam traders from counter.nnIf there is any same of owner do call me back and speak to me about the feedback at siliguri travel agent of yoursnnThanks & RegardsnSandeep
