Nice bus service and the booking person known by nick name GHATOTKACH is also a good man.. he behaves badly with person who are behaving badly ...Like a cotation IF YOU ARE BAD THEN I AM YOUR DAD.

I booked seat for Ranchi to Daltonganj in AC bus and this is amazing that I was the first person to book a seat on that bus and they given me seat no 19. I requested them to give any seat within 1 to 10 but they refused. It is very disappointing. Being the first person I was expecting a seat of my choice but they refused it. One thing to note here that till my booking no other booking was done neither offline nor online. Very disappointing service of Arsh travels. One more thing I want to add that they taken more time to reach destination then given in the time table.nnIf you have option to board a train then go for it because the bus service is in very pathetic condition in this route. The behaviour of booking staff was most disgusting and unprofessional.

Very unprofessional way,I was book a ticket online but bus was cancelled and when I was asking for refund he say that he can not refund this is not in his hand,ch.....tiye
