The location was superb. Food was also good. The rooms were clean though service(particularly room service) left for more to be desired with. Also the staff was not wearing a mask.

We were asked more amount than booking amount at reception and when confronted they did let us stay without extra payment but on the contrary we didn't get our free breakfast which was actually included in our plan. Kitchen staff said our chef couldn't arrive because of rain. Rain in ranchi is very usual. But we couldn't argue because we thought quality of our food could be compromised so we had chai omelette and left. Moreover after cab booking for dussam fall, on return manager asked more 100which also was denied by us. Unprofessional staff

The quality of food is good. Better for combo package. Some of the food items are expensive than usual. Staffing services are good. I ordered veg thali and this is not tasty as I was expecting ud83dude10ud83dude10.

Manager is very rude in his behavior.nNo sanitization of roomsnNo sanitization of luggagenNone of the staff wear masknFood is pathetic.nOverall if u wanna spend and get insulted book a room. The manager here was a rowdy before he changed his profession but not his attitude so dnt complain bout anything or soon u will realise your fault for opting this property. I was a fool that even though reading negative comments bout the manager I booked this hotel but soon I realised my mistake. So choose wisely.
