Nice and well spaced office on the main road, easily accessible from all corners of Ranchi. It is located on third floor and the lift is also available but prefer the stairs as it's quite isolated and does not appears to be very reliable.nThe office staff is quite cooperative, provided one the best advises for the Vehicle insurance available in market, being a government run agency it's best as there is no hidden charges.nSurprisingly they don't have the POS machine for card payment so it's a big minus but don't worry on ground floor u have almost three to four ATMs of different bank available.
