Axis Bank

I have an salary account there & i use this account from middle of2019'th.. But from today 31/03/21 i facing some problem ... I can't withdraw my money .. Every time it showing your bank a account is blocked or frozen .. No information is there about that .. After that i visit nearest brunch in chennai ..they said deactive or blocked is not there .. After that also i can't do the transaction ... Very disipointed ud83dude1e

How people say private banks are good.its very difficult to approach them remotely.just dial their telephone no it wil lead to nowhere.nUnfortunately I have a ac with them I use their debit card for contactless usages.nI received a sms your debit card will be disabled for contact less usages as per rbi circular so send sms to ao particular linknJust to ascertain it's authenticity I tried to contact.but could not contact.

Applied for Director Change on January it's Aug not yet done.nMy documents were also misplaced.

One of best private bank in our area. Cordial behaviour of staff and nice service given by the bank.
