Need to give attention, during service.nHave to remind to team to do such jobs, without pressure they don't want to do any jobs.nnPersonally for every service or repair I feel without pressure they don't want to do jobs.nnLots of improvement required in service center .

Worst service experience, I came here for the 1st service of my TATA Tiago, they gave appointment for 10 AM and told it will take 2 hours even though there are very few vehicles today, now I am here from last 4 hours, it's 2:00 PM now and their employees are on break, and I am sitting here in their worst lounge for 4 hrs. Moreover they serviced the vehicles which came after me and sent them and I am still waiting, MY WHOLE DAY IS WASTED.

This service station is located about 20 mins from the main town Ranchi. Going there also is not free from traffic, may get caught up in traffic jams depending on the rush. Service centres of other car manufacturers are also located within this vicinity. Directions display boards are required for new/unfamiliar drivers to this TM service centre. Service centre is cramped. I think the whole service centre should be under one whole shed with demarcations of its various sections, easily approachable.

I had booked service via phone and was received at the center in a timely fashion. The agent responsible for my car's service explained everything clearly and service was good. Car was cleaned thoroughly.nP.S. This was my first free service only.

Happened to visit TAMO W/ S today for an engine fault noticed within a week of purchase, Receiving staff were courteous and acted in a professional manner, they listened carefully to the fault and had it rectified, let's see if it really works out, On the other hand it is noteworthy to mention the general conceptual what is being mentioned about TAMO is totally different what I experienced today,
