The summit bar was nice. Except they close early at midnight and then came for a last order, which was OK but they switched off the air conditioning! And turn on bright lights. It became Hot and no air to breathe after we got our last drinks. The atmosphere also turns from a roof top cozy bar to a bright place where you would rather go home ud83cudfe1

Excellent customer service. Ms Hue and Mr Tu especially went above and beyond to show me kindness. I stayed for two nights and it felt like staying with friends. Nice facilities (lovely bathtub in the deluxe room) and excellent location (mid-way between the tourist area Old Quarter and the expat area Tay Ho). I will recommend to others, and will choose to stay here myself again.

nice hotel. good location. The hotel has most rooms with views towards the West lake. The entrance lobby is spacious with an atrium with a mezzanine floor large enough to hold varied events.

Food is incredible good... The quality that they've always provided us is delightful! We've been coming to this restaurant for more than 4 years... Amazing place.

Amazing hotel! Never seen such a friendly staff before! Staying there was from the check-in to the check out perfect. Rooms great, free water and fruits in the room. Top rooftop pool and skybar. Location in the Old Quarter perfect. Highly recommended!
