I attended an event here once back in January 2021, and it was definitely one of the most well-organized events I have ever been to. The staffs were professional and conscientious. Well done.

I had the joy of a breakfast meeting, the food and staff were both outstanding, truly so. The attentiveness to detail, the presentation, all.

Obviously the best hotel in Hanoi. Concierge staffs are very helpful at the first floor.

Service, room condition, friendly staff.. all was great. I'd like to stay back next time.

Very impressive high rise hotel. Registration is on the 62nd floor and there are 8 stories of rooms. The view from the 71st floor is spectacular!nnI am adding to my review as I need to praise the incredible staff at this hotel as they are just incredible. The staff in every aspect of the hotel including the reception desk, concierge services, bell captain, room service, dining facilities, or just the young staff scattered across the hotel, are all exceptionally polite and receptive and responsive to your needs. I have been so impressed with the local Vietnamese staff who are engaged and interested in you but in a demure and respectful way.nnOther reviewers have mentioned that the location is not ideal for tourism as it is located in the newer business part of Hanoi. This is true but this is the part of Hanoi that is growing and within 10 years most business and all political activities including location of embassies will be in this part of Hanoi. So, for the business traveler this is an ideal spot to rest and recharge and be treated gently and warmly while you are engaged in your business trip. Lastly, as a former resident of Hanoi, it only takes a taxi ride to get to the old quarter and more touristy parts of town.
