Siva temple is located in Prabhugiri Patnam village. This village is nearly 47 K.M from Nellore in North-west direction and 14 K.m from Podalakuru the mandal head quarters. The temple consists of Garbah griha, antharala, ardha mandapa and Kalyana mandapa. There is a rock pillar lying in front of the temple and it is belongs to Vijayanagara period. There are puranic scenes engraved on the temple walls. The temple’s pillars having reverse lotus buds. This temple roof is flat and faces south direction.The art and architecture belongs to vijayanagara dynasty. It is datable to 16th century A.D.
