This was the third time in few months that the delivery not delivered to my address and I needed to visit at office to receive after multiple followups on call. One time they delivered my product to someone with same as my name and who stays nearby my location. They do not call you to confirm if they are delivering to the right person or at least in some way to confirm the right recepient. And other times they just do not deliver all the day and when called to customer care they simply apologize to you and say that they would arrange a callback bit that call never comes. At last, the night, you receive a text saying item has not been delivered due to address issues and would be returned to the sender. No foul words would suffice to say against this such pathetic service.
