I saw the reviews and I didnt believe all those but all the reviews are true about their service. Probably, the worse service in nellore. They received product on May 5 and they didn't deliver the product yet. I went to there and they said they have to unpack boxes and I think thats their job to do. Very lazy people and no common sense.

The hub managers are soft-spoken, they aren't arrogant as many people reported. Maybe the arrogant managers are gone now. But I seen how the delivery associates distribute package among themselves. They are literally playing catches with the packages, throwing them all around the room, that will damage the product inside in case the package fall. It'd be appropriate for them to sit and sort packages instead of throwing them to eachother.

Worst experience.They should call once again if we are able to answer the call. The delievery boy not even called us for second time.when we call back to the number it is not even connecting.waste of giving salaries to them.worst service

Pathetic.. They dont deliver the product on-time. No proper response even if you go to collect the package. Soon you wont be there in the market. Good luck. Out of 150 reviews you not even crossed 2 stars. Such a superb response and support you are giving.
