This place was a public field. People used to come here to play, walk and spend time in open place for peace. But now it is boundaried with tall walls and the place is being used for police training purposes. And now the situation is, local people don't have any open field. They don't have a place where they can play and enjoy peace and solitude. Now, we are heading to a toxic township, even in small towns like, Nathnagar and Bhagalpur.
