These guys are totally unprofessional..reception staff nd doctor's assistant are behaving like thugs..if client is not satisfy nd give their review they even dare to threaten for legal action

Useless doctors and inexperienced staffs.nI wasted my money here on DCT for hair fall and anti-acne treatments. Still no improvement in me. I'm a previous patient. I can prove it legally if it's required.n1. They did not give prescription of the consultation to me. Also they did not give any proof of treatments I took here, they asked me to submit my treatment routine card to them compulsorily. I had to give away my weekly progress card as they told me that they did not let that card to be with patients. And I hopefully have a legal proof with me if it's required.n2.They forced me to buy their bad quality beauty products kept at the reception counters at the clinic from them before starting the session process or after the session is done.n3. They did not show me rate chart for the treatments available.n4. In the process of treatment, their so-called doctors did not apply cream and gel properly on my face through brush and on hair fall crown area by derma roller. Their machines were outdated in case of laser light of red colour for hair and not working properly at the time of my treatment.n5. When I complained the matter in the cabin to left side of the entrance, he said they are very experienced and everything is fine.nI felt cheated, I will NOT recommend this clinic.nAlso there was some non sense cosmetologist who was speaking in language Bengali with his fellow doctors and some seniors on phone which I couldn’t understand.
