The loss of our loved one came so suddenly and at such an inopportune time. We found the staff to be extremely helpful with all of our questions and very concerned with our needs. The atmosphere was very endearing and we knew our loved one was in the most capable hands.

When my uncle passed away they did an outstanding job you can tell they are truly sympathetic and passionate about what they do. We weren’t really sure what we needed to do because his death was unexpected They knew exactly what to do educated us on our options and worked out a very nice detailed plan. They kept us informed throughout the process and were very professional and you could tell that they cared for our family. The service was beautiful we could not have asked for better. I would like to express to everyone reading this the comfort that Heritage Funeral and Cremation has given to me, my family and my friends over the years. I have known Harris High and his staff since January 1, 2001 when they did my mom's funeral. Since then They have served my family and friends at least 20 times. They are the most loving, kind and professional folks you will ever deal with, especially during the hard times that we all go through. Within the first hour of being notified of my husband, Dr. Meyer's death, our pastor put me in touch with the Heritage staff. From there, it was excellent to have someone who knew what to do. Most of the time, it was Robin taking care of everything. I am grateful as I am not sure one is thinking as clearly as one would like as the shock sets in. I huge thank you to all who walked me through. God bless you for your compassion and empathy.
