I saw the review given by some people 5star rating and on the basis of good review, I decided to go to hospital for my mother chest pain issue. The few points really think me twice on my decision to visit that hospital.n1. Day 1: During visit casualty doctor said that mother going for stent iimplantation on the basis of ECG report without any further investigation. I admit my mother to save her life without thinking the result. Doctor said angiography charges may Rs.11000/- and stent implantation charges Rs.120000/-but after admitting in ICU, claim department told to total claim for medical insurance Rs.189000. they have package just like hotel rooms package. Patient admitted in ICU,nResident doctor confirmed that on next day Dr will undergo angiography treatment.n2. Day 2 : due to Sunday Doctor didn't come for angiography, i.e. in case of emergency patient shall be wiat next working day, working culture like bank. No medical emergency consider by them or they make you fool in medical terminology.Patient admitted in ICUn3. Day 3 : claim approved around 11:30am , hospital management informed us angiography not performed due to delay for claim approval from insurance company. I checked but helpless to argue with hospital management.Patient admitted in ICU.n4. Day 4: angiography performed by doctor and said that angiography results found normal and patient will be discharge next day. also confirmed that no angiography will be advisable in future 10 to 15 years no major issues on the basis of their angiography test. Suddenly we asked questions that in past seven months before angiography was performed by Saroj hospital and same report has been submitted during admission of patient. Suddenly Jr. doctor change their statment like may be impacted within three day or three months and may undergo further angiography ( that statment change my mind)nPatient admitted in ICU.nDay 4: hospital management refused to discharge patient and told me regarding patient undergoing again pain on chest. Staff not met my mother during request to meet my mother. Hospital management informed that cardiologist discharge but physician doctor taken sample more test before discharge. I requested him either shift my mother in normal ward from ICU or discharge my mother. Management decided to discharge patient and claim 77000/- for entire treatment. After statement for claim, I told to provide those report which was taken by the hospital in concerned with physician doctor but they have no answer. Finally I met my mother and query any sample taken in morning but she refused such activities.also confirmed that she suffers gastric issue in morning but taking gastric medicine,she will relief after 10.minutes.nnOn my overall experience not good with this hospital, they have money minded people and not so professional in thier own field. Kindly check the fact with other also before you trap under hospital management.

Niyati vahiyaat hospital hai... My relative is suffering from corona and they are misbehaving and they dont even have a proper information about their own oxygen cylinders .. and they shift patients from 2nd floor to first floor and first to 2nd .. staff members are morons they dont even listen to the doctor. . I go there with my father. Dr is really an amazing person. Clean and good hospital

Low grade staff #uneducatednMany brainless ANM and GNM nurses are working in this Hospital and they provide false information about the patients.
