Joined this gym for 2 months and I am more than satisfied with the results. Have lost almost 10 kgs in 2 months.nPros:n1) Less people at once (At most it would have 10 visitors at a moment). I used to be there from 6:10 AM to 7:45 AM and the waiting time for machines and equipments was nill or minimal most of the time. I never visited in the evening, so can't say about that time.n2) Knowledgeable trainern3) Economical ( ₹3500 for 3 months)n4) Good coolingnnCons:n1) Just 1-2 trainers. Can be problematic if more people come at the same time.n2) Less space. It is OK for less number of people but not if more people come at the same time.nnMy opinion-nIf you are a beginner, this can be your first gym. One benefit I got was that since it has less space, I was always in front of the trainer and got instructions from trainer whenever I did some exercise in a wrong manner.nI would have joined for longer period if I didn't have to shift to another place.

Machines don't work, treadmill runs for 5 minutes and stops working while you are running giving you pain in joints bcoz of sudden over heating. Mostly crowded and broken machines.

Trainers are very bad. Always stares girls and abuses with each other. Dont go here
